Our villas, which are based at Soukidia just above the old port of Karovastasi, in Oitylo (36 41 58 Ν 22 22 24 Ε) are strategically located in the middle of the Mani territory. They are two independent, newly built villas (230 sq mtrs each) with very easy access that enjoy unobstructed panoramic view to Oitylo bay. You can visit the towns of Limeni and Aeropoli few kilometers away where you can take a walk at the picturesque cobbled alleys and find many café/bars and traditional taverns. 

Soukidia villas are built with the traditional Maniat method of local stone masonry offering at the same time all modern amenities. Each villa, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people, has three levels: the ground level with the garage,  playroom, bathroom, laundry room- the first level with the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor patio, and a double bedroom with bathroom- and the second level with two double bedrooms and their respective bathrooms.
