"Niros Beach Apartments" , a first class complex of self catering apartments, is situated just in front of the beach, on the north coast of Crete , near to Heraklion. In a close distance there are two villages, Gournes and Kokkini Hani, offering plenty of services and facilities necessary to make a stay pleasant and interesting. Thanks to its location, almost at the center of Crete and within its most tourist developed region, Niros Beach permits you to enjoy the sea and sun during the daytime, while being able to visit the near sightseeing places or to experience an interesting night life in Hersonissos or Heraklion.
The complex consists of 6 separate building of 2 floors, swimming pool and garden. Five buildings contain 25 apartments, the sixth one functions as main building offering common use facilities
Niros Beach is constructed with materials of high quality and an elegant architecture with traditional features. The complex's six buildings are surrounded by a rich and well developed garden which is watered by an automatic system. There are four grass surfaces, two of which are suitable for sunbathing. Though most of small size hotel complexes on Crete suffer from the problem of wastewater disposal, Niros Beach has a fully automated modern sewerage system.
Foremost Niros Beach is family friendly . Almost all of the apartments have two rooms and a space of 52 to 57 m2, and are therefore ideal for families of four to five persons, offering to them plenty of space and necessary discretion. As the sea is just on your feet (just 10 m) parents can enjoy their holidays with their children without bothering for transportation. Niros Beach could ideally be organized as a family club offering corresponding additional services (baby sitting, children animation etc.). A room of about 140m2 is available and could be used as a playground.
